Two kinds of information turn up in this business: what a storefront records about a visit, and what a running security line records about an estate. Each is set out below in detail, rather than gathered under a heading and waved at.
Issue A, dated 28 August 2026Fortify 24x7 trades as Industry Lock Networks on these pages. It is the company deciding how everything described below is treated. Read every we here as Fortify 24x7.
A question about this page goes to support@industrylocknetworks.com, where a person opens it.
No advertising pixel sits anywhere on this storefront. Nothing here assembles a picture of who you are. No marketing script has been imported from anywhere else.
The checkout is run by Stripe. Card number, expiry date, security code: all three are keyed into a Stripe page. None of the three arrives here, none appears on our screens, and none is written into anything we run.
An account needs very little, and very little comes back. The business name. One address to write to. Which line codes, and at what counts. Whether the subscription is in credit. The two identifiers Stripe uses at its end.
We operate these lines for you, so what an enrolled system produces necessarily passes through us. The detail turns on which lines are running.
The whole of that is processed on your instruction, for the delivery of a thing you ordered. We mine none of it. None of it is up for sale. Read that as a settled position, not one that gets revisited when the market turns.
A job written up here or sent by mail keeps its title, its description, any note an engineer adds underneath, and any file clipped to it, inside our service management system. History travels with the problem.
Other companies' platforms carry a managed service, each one processing data for us on contract. Each is named below so their own published notices can be checked.
Nothing beyond that list is disclosed unless a law obliges it. There is no sale of personal information. Advertising networks that trail a person between websites get none of it either.
An account record and a billing record are kept while the subscription runs, then for whatever span tax rules and normal bookkeeping demand. Security records take the retention set against their own line, printed on a bay sheet or fixed while the work is scoped. Backup data keeps whatever policy you picked.
Shutting an account gets talked through. There is no button for it. Tell us, and what goes and when goes in writing. Destroying backup data runs on the timetable of whichever platform holds it, so the answer you get describes your own setup.
Wherever you sit, you may be able to see what is recorded, correct it, remove it, or object to one specific use. Raise that with us and the two of us work it through. Nothing is charged and nothing is held against anybody for having raised it.
Where a business customer directs the work, a member of their staff needs to start with the employer. We then help that employer put an answer together.
A customer environment is opened by an engineer only where the task in hand demands it. Our own sign on wants more than a password. Work carried out inside a tenant is recorded. Take all of that for a description of practice. It is not a warranty that nothing ever fails, and anyone selling you that warranty is selling.
Anything material moves the issue stamp at the top of this register. If a change touches material already in our hands, the account holder hears it from us and is not left to notice.
