These terms cover the managed security subscriptions sold on this board. Kept deliberately short, on the view that a contract nobody finishes reading is protecting no one.

One line buys one capability, run for you on the platform named on its bay sheet, operated by our engineers. What you have bought is that capability at the ordered count, and it holds while the subscription stays paid and the line stays live.
Bay sheets are part of this contract. Each carries a block saying where that line stops. A block like that is meant to be relied upon, so it deserves reading ahead of the purchase and not afterwards.
Cards, and nothing else. There are no invoices on terms here, and a check, a wire, or cryptocurrency will be turned away.
A declined card gets another attempt, and word reaches you. Left alone, the subscription can end up suspended. We will push hard to reach a human being first, because turning somebody's security off over a stale expiry date helps nobody. Restarting a suspended service can mean redeployment work.
Deliver the order with reasonable skill and care. Run the underlying platforms properly. Keep the desk staffed for findings and for jobs. Say what is actually true about your estate, including on the days the fault is ours.
Nothing in this field halts every incident. Any vendor suggesting the opposite has invented a product nobody has built. We warrant none of the following: that every threat is caught, that no data is ever lost, that a system never goes down.
Each bay sheet sets a boundary of its own. Read those boundaries as terms of the contract, not as padding somebody's lawyer added at the end.
As far as the law will allow:
Data inside your estate is yours. It is handled here for one purpose, the delivery of the service, on the terms set in our privacy notice. No clause here licenses us to turn your material to any purpose beyond the order itself.
Leave at a time of your choosing. Do it through the portal, or do it by letter. The exit lands when the settled period runs out. What happens to money already collected is in the refund policy.
We can suspend or end a service where payment stops, where the use is unlawful, or where behavior puts our people or another customer at risk. Unless it is urgent, notice comes first and so does an opportunity to put it right.
Nothing on this page is frozen. Anything material shows up here under a new issue stamp. Where a live subscription is touched, we go to the account holder directly. Carrying on once a change has taken effect counts as agreement to it.
One unenforceable clause does not drag the remainder down with it. Declining once to enforce a clause does not surrender it for good. Taken together, these terms, the bay sheets, and every policy linked from this site form the whole understanding on these services. Governing law is that of the place Fortify 24x7 is organized, and the courts there hear a dispute.
